Return window

Report your return within 10 days of receiving your order, then send it back within another 7  days.

Condition

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to return

Email us with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you the return instructions right away.

Refund

Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
